At Mayduke Itech, we primarily offer digital and IT-based services. As such, no physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.


1. Nature of Services

Mayduke Itech provides the following services (but not limited to):

  • Website Design & Development

  • Software & Application Development

  • AI Chatbot & Automation Solutions

  • Digital Marketing Services

  • Cloud, Hosting & Technical Support

  • Training, Consulting & Maintenance Services

All services are delivered electronically via:

  • Email

  • Secure download links

  • Cloud platforms

  • Live servers

  • Online meetings or dashboards


2. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are project-specific and will be clearly mentioned in:

    • Project proposal

    • Email communication

    • Service agreement / invoice

  • Timelines depend on:

    • Scope of work

    • Client approvals

    • Content and asset availability

    • Third-party integrations

Any delays caused due to client-side dependencies will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.


3. Mode of Delivery

✔ Source code / files – via GitHub, Google Drive, or secure server
✔ Website / software – deployed on client or agreed hosting environment
✔ Credentials / access details – shared securely via email
✔ Reports / documents – delivered in PDF, DOCX, or online dashboards
✔ Training & support – via online sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)


4. No Physical Shipping

  • Mayduke Itech does not ship physical goods such as CDs, DVDs, USB drives, or printed documents.

  • If physical delivery is required (exceptional cases), it will be:

    • Clearly mentioned in the agreement

    • Charged additionally

    • Shipped via a third-party courier


5. Revisions & Acceptance

  • Delivery is considered complete once:

    • The agreed service is deployed or shared

    • Client confirmation is received

    • Or after 7 working days of delivery without reported issues

  • Revisions, if included in the package, must be requested within the agreed revision period.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Mayduke Itech is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or delayed client inputs

  • Third-party service outages

  • Hosting, domain, or payment gateway issues

  • Force majeure events

We will, however, make best efforts to keep clients informed and resolve issues promptly.
