Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund on Completed Work

All payments made for services are non-refundable, including:

  • Advance payments

  • Milestone payments

  • Design or development work already delivered


2. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the project:

  • No refund will be provided

  • Payment must be cleared for work completed till date

  • Any pending dues must be settled before handover


3. Project Cancellation by Company

Mayduke Itech may cancel a project due to:

  • Abusive behavior

  • Non-cooperation

  • Delayed payments

  • Violation of terms

In such cases, partial refund may be provided ONLY for work not yet started.


4. Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

Since our work includes digital files, source code, and intellectual services, they cannot be returned, hence no refunds can be issued once delivered.


5. No Refund for Delays Caused by Client

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by:

  • Late content submission

  • Incomplete requirements

  • Testing delays

  • Slow client responses


6. Payment Dispute Resolution

If a payment dispute arises, both parties must attempt resolution through communication before involving banks or payment gateways.
