Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by Mayduke Itech, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of our website or services.


2. Company Services

Mayduke Itech provides (but is not limited to) the following services:

  • Software Development

  • Web & Mobile App Development

  • UI/UX Design

  • Cloud & IT Infrastructure Solutions

  • AI/Automation Development

  • Digital Marketing & SEO

  • IT Consulting & Support Services

The scope of work for each project will be defined in a formal proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client.


3. Project Terms

3.1 Requirements & Documentation

All requirements must be clearly communicated before the project begins. Any additional features or changes requested after confirmation will be treated as scope change and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Delivery Timeline

Project timelines depend on client feedback, approvals, and content submission. Delays from the client side may extend the delivery schedule.

3.3 Revisions

Unless stated otherwise:

  • UI/UX design includes 2–3 rounds of revisions.

  • Development changes beyond the approved design are considered new requirements.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Non-Refundable

All payments made are non-refundable, including advance fees, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4.2 Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in:

  • Pausing the project

  • Delayed delivery

  • Late payment fee as applicable


5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

  • All necessary content, images, branding materials

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Access to servers, hosting, domains, or APIs needed for development

Mayduke Itech is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete client inputs.


6. Intellectual Property (IP)

6.1 Ownership

  • All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.

  • Source code, proprietary tools, or frameworks developed by Mayduke Itech remain the company’s intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

6.2 Licensing

Mayduke Itech may use third-party libraries, APIs, or tools under their respective licenses. The client is responsible for any recurring subscriptions.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details, documents, code, and business information strictly confidential.


8. Warranty & Support

8.1 Warranty

A standard 15–30 days warranty is provided after delivery for bug fixes (non-functional enhancements only).

8.2 Support & Maintenance

Support beyond the warranty period is chargeable as:

  • Monthly/Annual support plan, or

  • One-time service charges


9. Limitation of Liability

Mayduke Itech is not liable for:

  • Loss of data due to hosting/server issues

  • Third-party service downtime

  • Delays caused by client actions

  • Financial, business, or consequential losses

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.


10. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the project after initiation:

  • Paid amount is non-refundable

  • Additional work completed must be paid before cancellation

Mayduke Itech may cancel a project for non-cooperation, abusive behavior, delayed payments, or any activity against company policies.


11. Deployment & Hosting

Mayduke Itech can assist with deployment on:

  • DigitalOcean

  • AWS

  • Azure

  • Google Cloud

  • Shared Hosting / cPanel

Hosting charges, server configurations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are client responsibilities unless included in the proposal.


12. Data & Security

Mayduke Itech follows standard security protocols but is not responsible for:

  • Unauthorized access due to weak passwords

  • Malware from third-party plugins or vendors

  • Client mishandling of credentials


13. Third-Party Integrations

APIs or plugins such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, Maps, etc., depend on third-party uptime. Mayduke Itech is not responsible for disruptions from third-party services.


14. Portfolio Usage

Mayduke Itech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.


16. Modification of Terms

Mayduke Itech may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
